The town of Glyfada, located in the Southern Suburbs of Athens (about 15km or 25 minutes to the center of Athens and 22km or 25 minutes to the International Airport), is known as one of the most exclusive areas of Athens, home to many of Greece’s millionaires ministers and celebrities. This fashion-conscious suburb is known in Greece for its upmarket cafes, well-known restaurants, boutiques and cosmopolitan summer clubs. Its beautiful beaches make it an ideal destination for the latest stop in the BVAW calendar. Balux Asteras Glyfadas is the entertainment jewel of the Southern Suburbs of Athens, offering 7 separate night clubs and restaurants, all located on an exclusive beach where the tournament will be held. The beach can hold up to 5.000 people and is equipped with exclusive lounge chairs and umbrellas. Players participating in our tournament will have free access to the beach and its facilities, including free wi-fi internet access.
