GENERAL RULES

a) Individual entry fee € 25,00 per person/category for the men/women tournament and € 20,00 per person for the mixed tournament

Registration deadline Wednesday 24 May, 2012.

b) International tournament 2x2 M/W - International tournament 2x2 Mixed

Will be played on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (check-in deadline Friday 08.00 hs.). The meeting is open to athletes of every age and skills, divided in the categories 2x2 men, 2x2 women and 2x2 mixed, with the chance to use eventual substitute players. The playing formula for every tournament will have a qualification round playing the Round Robin sistem with pools of four/five teams. At the end of the qualification round there will be a provisional ranking based on the point average ratio obtained in the qualification games. The teams with the best point average ratio will pass to the final round. The final round will be played with single elimination sistem until the final games.The refereeing will be carried out, in rotations, by the same participants according to a detailed programme of competition, which will be given to players at the time of check-in.

c) Check-in.

The check-in service will be at the Stand located in the venue, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00 to 20:00 hs. Check-in deadline 24 May, 2012, at 08:00 hs.

At the arrival to Mallorca, the team representative will make the check-in, time when will be consigned the competition programmes and all the information about the stay and the entertainment activities. To the athletes who has paid the entry fee will be consigned the playing t-shirts and tops and the identity coloured bracelet mandatory to take part in all the competitions (to the athlete’s crew will be consigned a different colour identity bracelet). The bracelet, which must be weared on the wrist or on the ankle the time of the event, will allow free entrance to the disco parties, discounts in restaurantes and shops that has an agreement, etc.

d) Accommodation.

For the participants and their crew are available stays to agreed rates in hotels and aparthotels.

It is possible to make a reservation using the Accommodation Form.

e) Refund.

INDIVIDUAL INSCRIPTION FEE: no refund.

ACCOMMODATION: refundable according to the next:

100% of the payment if the cancellation request is received 30 or more days before the beginning of the event

50% of the payment if the cancellation request is received from 29 to 15 days before the beginning of the event

No refund for cancellation requests received 14 or less days before the beginning of the event.

g) Important notes

All the athletes registered through this Entry Form, accept the General Rules:

Declare to have read, understood and accepted the playing rules (download from website www.bvaw.org) , and to free and to exonerate the organization, the sponsors and partners from every civil or penal responsability for any loss or theft of personal belongings and for any accident and/or damage of any nature that could happen or have caused during the time of the event to the participants themselves;

To grant to the organization the complete authorization to use photos, films and other communication instruments, for every way of publicity, promotion or announce, without demand any payment or any remuneration;

To consent the processing of personal data to send communications and/or advertising material from the organization or their temporary partners and/or sponsors. The given data will be always treated in the respect of the privacity law;

Declare and certify under their own responsability to have visited a medical doctor who has granted the capability certificate to pratice non competitive sports (so-called good health certificate), valid for the year in progress;
